RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

1.1 At verse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return any or all items in your order for any reason at all, by notifying us and returning the items within 15 days after your receipt of the order for a full refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1.2 We accept returns or exchanges of products in it's original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

1.3 Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date as indicated by the tracking information.

1.4 Shoes must be returned in their original box, undamaged and free of any signs of wear.

1.5 Swimwear, lingerie, and accessories (such as jewelry and hats) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

1.6 Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be subject to refusal or a restocking fee.

RETURN PROCESS

1.7 You can return or exchange your order by simply placing a return or exchange request on the Online Store.

1.8 Provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

1.9 Pack the items you wish to return securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip with your return shipment and hand it over to the delivery partner.

REFUNDS

1.10 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

1.11 If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

1.12 Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

1.13 If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate this when initiating the exchange.

1.14 Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

1.15 International returns may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by verse.
